I wanted to create things that solved real problems, that made a difference in the lives of the people using them.

I start by understanding the problem deeply, conducting user interviews, mapping journeys and aligning with stakeholders on objectives, constraints and expectations.

I translate research insights into hypotheses and design concepts, sharing early ideas with the team before moving to high-fidelity solutions.

Prototype & Refinement
I build wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, involving stakeholders in reviews so they're part of the decisions, not just approving a finished design.

Testing & Validation
I run usability tests with real users, validate hypotheses, gather feedback and iterate until the solution truly makes sense.

Launch & Delivery
I work closely with engineering teams to ensure the design is implemented with fidelity, providing clear documentation and support throughout the handoff process.
